I visited on a weekday afternoon. It was a hot day, and I stopped by after sightseeing at the Kaminarimon gate in Asakusa. It's an Asahi Beer company, but you can use it as a cafe, even if you just want coffee and cake. You take the elevator to the 21st floor and then the escalator to the 22nd floor. You choose your menu and pay first, then you can sit at any seat you like. The view from the large windows is very beautiful. You can enjoy the Sumida River, Tokyo Skytree, the cityscape, and the moving trains. ▣ Super Dry ¥680 ▣ Pickles ¥550 Since it was lunchtime, they said there were only a few types of snacks. The pickles were perfect with the beer. They were very delicious. I'd like to see the night view too.

I went around 2:40 PM on Saturday. There were many foreigners, so I couldn't get a window seat, but the view was still great! I ordered Asahi Draft Beer (Maru-Efu) (¥820) and mixed nuts (¥600), and then had another Asahi Super Dry (¥780). The beer was absolutely delicious!

It's located on the 22nd floor of the Asahi Beer company building. It's called the Sky Room. The food is mainly drinks and snacks, but the view is so amazing that it's the main attraction. Even though it was cloudy when I went, I was able to see a beautiful night view. There seems to be a restaurant on the same floor.

I've driven on the Metropolitan Expressway for a while now and have seen this facility from the window, but I only recently learned about it. I decided to visit during the lull in the Golden Week holiday. Orders are pre-paid, and you take the numbered stand to your seat. When I asked the staff, they said, "You can sit anywhere that's empty. If a window seat opens up, feel free to move." Luckily, a window seat was available, and I was able to look down at the Sumida River. I enjoyed a glass of beer for 680 yen, a pitcher for 980 yen, and a cheese pizza for 1200 yen, while taking in the unusual reverse view, which was a bit moving. The restaurant La Lanarita was unavailable during this time, so I'll try it next time.

I visited the 22nd floor of the Asahi Beer headquarters building in Asakusa around 11:30 am on a weekday. The view from here is breathtaking, and the scenery that unfolds before you is simply awe-inspiring. When I visited, there were about three other groups of customers on the floor, and with only about 20 seats, it seems difficult to find a seat during busy times. The beer selection is extensive, offering a range of flavors from traditional to innovative. Orders are placed and paid for at the counter. While not listed on the menu, you can also order "Extra Cold Super Dry" and "Half and Half." One particularly memorable aspect was the exceptionally fine foam of the beer, leaving a beautiful lace pattern on the glass. This is said to be a testament to the cleanliness of the glassware. I would definitely like to visit this wonderful place again on a special occasion, such as an anniversary.
