Located in Toyosu Bayside Cross, "Menya Ichizu Michibiki" is a restaurant that captivates with its innovative menu that challenges the very concept of ramen. The name "Michibiki" embodies the owner's desire to provide customers with a new culinary experience. Ichizu's ramen is characterized by its fusion with other genres of cuisine, such as French. For example, the "Shiokagami Corn Potage Men" is a novel dish that combines ramen with French corn potage. The signature dish, "Eri Umamen", features a thick, flavorful miso broth that leaves a lasting impression. The "Mai Curry Creamy Men" I had this time was an elegant dish that offered the taste of a creamy French soup while still being a curry ramen. There is also a value-for-money "Michibiki" set, making it an excellent choice for those looking for a great deal.

Located within the Lalaport in Toyosu, this restaurant had been on my radar for a while. I finally got to visit! I went on a weekday for lunch and was lucky to find it wasn't crowded and I was seated right away. Looking at the menu, I noticed that each ramen dish had a unique name that sounded like a person's name, which was quite interesting! Each table was also equipped with a tissue box, which was a very welcome service. I was torn between so many options, but ultimately decided on the ★ Curry Creamy Noodle Mai (¥950). It arrived about 10 minutes after I ordered. The aroma was pure curry, and I initially thought it would be like a curry udon, but the soup was surprisingly smooth and light, thanks to the addition of cream. It was incredibly delicious! It was a new kind of ramen experience. It felt like a refreshing take on curry udon. They accepted cashless payments for the bill. It was a delicious meal!

I visited this place for the first time before a live concert at Toyosu PIT! I arrived a little before 5:30 PM, just before dinner time, so I was the only customer in the restaurant. 😄 I wanted something hearty, so I ordered the "Guidance Set" with the "Haru" Spicy Dan Dan Noodles and Chicken Thigh Karaage. The soup was flavorful and absolutely delicious 😋, but the thin noodles were a bit hard and dry, which was a bit disappointing considering how excellent the soup was. The karaage had a delicious sauce and seasoning, so it was really just the noodles that didn't work for me. With this soup, I think thicker noodles might have been better. The restaurant is mainly counter seating, but it has a relaxed atmosphere and would be fine for couples. I think you could spend a leisurely time here. I'd like to try something else on the menu next time I visit. 😊

I tried their most popular dish, the 'Power' (チャーシューメン?). It was overall refined and delicious. The three types of low-temperature cooked meat were tender and good. The balance of raw onions, piping hot bean sprouts, and spinach was... a bit off. It felt a bit pricey for what it was.

This is a ramen shop that specializes in creative ramen dishes, but they also offer a variety of small plates for light drinking in the evenings. 😊 As a ramen enthusiast, I would rate this place as "beyond evaluation" in terms of its ramen. They have a wide variety of creative ramen options (around 10 different kinds). The atmosphere is nice. It's a ramen shop that's easy for female students and women to enter. It's not suitable for dates. It's not a place I would go out of my way to eat at. I think it would be best to go with work colleagues (both men and women) (laughs). The photos are of: "Daisuke", a clear fish broth ramen with the first extraction of the broth. "Eri", a spicy sesame oil miso ramen. 😊
