The restaurant is spacious and has sofa seating, making it perfect for large groups. They also have tables for one or two people, so you can enjoy a quiet lunch alone. The restaurant is large and relatively quiet, especially around 2 pm on weekdays, so I was able to enjoy my meal in peace. The food, however, was a bit underwhelming. The corn soup, for example, was served in a large bowl but the amount was small, making it look quite sparse. A smaller bowl would have been more aesthetically pleasing. The cheese dakgalbi was lukewarm and the chicken was tough, likely due to it being cooked some time ago. It felt like leftover chicken from the lunch rush. The drink set was an additional ¥170, making the entire cheese dakgalbi set around ¥1,200. Considering the price, I guess it's understandable.
The food was delicious. While smoking is not allowed inside, there is an ashtray right outside the door, so it's not completely off-limits, which is good.
I visited as soon as they opened on a weekday. It's about a 5-minute walk from Harajuku Station, going through Takeshita Street, and about a little over 5 minutes from Meiji Jingumae Station's Exit 4. It's a basement shop, so it takes a bit of courage to go in. The shop has Wi-Fi and the password is written on the menu. This time, I ordered the cheese dakgalbi. By the way, the daily Doria was "Meat Doria." The portion was large enough to fill me up, and I left a little bit of rice. The overall flavor was a bit bland, but it was just right for this amount of food. For this amount of food, a lunch for 1000 yen in Harajuku is good value for money.
January 11, 2020 Cafe Latte Cash only. It wasn't crowded when I arrived, but it got busy around 4 pm. Wi-Fi available. The chairs weren't wooden. There was a lot of cigarette smoke. Many male customers were there in pairs. Although it's called a bar, the selection of drinks felt very limited. The staff were all young. The restrooms are separated by gender. There was no place to put my belongings.
