I had heard so much about this restaurant and had high expectations. When I finally went, it exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a truly Japanese dining experience, but with subtle accents that make it visually appealing and delicious. The seasonal ingredients and meticulous techniques shine through in every detail, and the atmosphere is fantastic. It's no wonder this place is so popular. It's a bit off the beaten path in Ginza, but the prices are incredibly reasonable, making it a real gem. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. This restaurant, with only eight counter seats, opened in August 2022. It features a calming atmosphere, typical of a Japanese restaurant, with wood and earthen walls, including a sign made of a sacred cedar tree at the entrance and a hinoki cypress counter. There is only one set menu, priced at 22,000 yen.
The food was absolutely delicious, and I had a wonderful, happy time. The dishes were prepared right in front of me, so the delicious aromas filled the air, and I was excited to see what would come next. π The rice, cooked in a clay pot, was shiny and delicious, and I enjoyed four different flavors, leaving me completely satisfied. As a lover of condiments, I was delighted by the harmonious blend of flavors and seasonings. The sake brands and serving vessels were also very stylish!
I visited this sushi restaurant after being recommended by the chef. Each dish was meticulously prepared and delicious. The bonito was shaved right in front of me, which was a captivating performance.
I visited on August 31, 2024. The staff was incredibly welcoming to foreigners, and the food was fantastic. I'll definitely try it again next time, during a different season.
