**Reservation Visit on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 6:30 PM** I made a reservation for the "Satisfying Dinner Set" course, priced at 9,800 yen (excluding tax). The carpaccio, thick-cut tongue, and other cuts like the harami, fillet, shinshin, zabuton, and sirloin were all delicious. The yukke I ordered outside the course was also, of course, delicious. The LA kalbi, however, seemed a bit different from the rest, leaving me with some questions (though it was still tasty!). The cold noodles were springy and delicious. Things that stood out: - It was difficult to get the staff's attention. - The restroom design (unisex with an adult-sized standing toilet). Considering the price, I expected a bit more. The meat also felt like the price didn't quite match the quality. ************** **Yucchan, Roppongi Branch: Yakiniku and Cold Noodles** Total: 21,600 yen for food + 2,000 yen for drinks + tax = 28,556 yen for two people (Orders outside the course) - Wagyu Yukke: 2,000 yen Unmistakably delicious... The sweet yakiniku sauce and egg yolk are a perfect combination. ("Satisfying Dinner Set" - 9,800 yen (excluding tax)) - Kimchi Assortment The cucumber kimchi tasted nostalgic! The napa cabbage kimchi was also delicious, neither being too spicy. - Homemade Namul Assortment - Radish: Dashi-based, Komatsuna?: Dashi-based, Carrot: Sweet, Bean Sprouts: Namul flavor, Senmai: Sweet - Wagyu Carpaccio - Salad Style - The meat was melt-in-your-mouth carpaccio. - The vegetables and meat went well together, and the sauce was delicious... What was it? - Premium Tongue (2 Types) & Harami - Thick-cut tongue: Cooked slowly over low heat. - The meat was springy and had a rich, buttery flavor. - Scallion-salt tongue: Cooked quickly over high heat. - It was tender but lighter than the thick-cut tongue. - The harami was a lean and flavorful meat. - Fillet & Shinshin - The fillet was so tender it felt almost textureless. - The shinshin had a firm, meaty texture. - Zabuton & Sirloin - Served with egg yolk. - The zabuton was tender but still had a good meaty flavor. - The sirloin was melt-in-your-mouth... luxurious sukiyaki... - LA Kalbi - Bone-in meat that you have to eat with your hands (laughs). - It had a savory sauce and was delicious, but it felt a bit out of place compared to the other dishes in the course (laughs). - Kuzu Cold Noodles, Kuzu Bibim Noodles, Stone-Baked Bibimbap, Soup, or Rice - I chose the cold noodles! - The springy noodles were delicious... - The soup had a Japanese-style flavor that was comforting. - The soup with shaved ice kept it cold until the very end! - Pina Colada or Milk Ice Cream - I chose the milk ice cream. - It had a milky flavor that wasn't too rich and was refreshing. (Drinks) - Black Oolong Tea: 500 yen x 3 - Mango: 500 yen x 1 **************

I visited for lunch. Since I had a reservation, I was immediately seated. There were a few groups waiting at the entrance without reservations. I ordered the A set, LA kalbi and kudzu cold noodles. The kalbi was a bit fatty and tough. The kudzu cold noodles were delicately flavored, and the soup and noodles were delicious. The vinegar and mustard added a nice touch and made it refreshing. The atmosphere and service were great, and I enjoyed my meal.

I've been wanting to try Yuchang's cold noodles for years, and finally got to! I made a reservation for 11:30 AM on Saturday, and it seems like reservations are essential on Saturdays. I ordered the Yuchang BBQ lunch set and added LA kalbi as a side. The meat in the BBQ lunch set was thinly sliced, but it was a good cut and surprisingly delicious. The LA kalbi is a specialty, so I tried it, but I think once was enough. The cold noodles were also good, but I wouldn't say they were mind-blowing. I think I prefer Morioka cold noodles.

We came to this luxurious yakiniku restaurant for a family birthday celebration, and everyone was very satisfied with the taste. As it's a Yuchang restaurant originating in Hawaii, the cold noodles are served with a sorbet soup that's incredibly cold and flavorful, making it so delicious you can drink it all. (Be careful not to order too much, or you might not make it to the cold noodles! lol) The recommended way to eat the sukiyaki-style meat wrapped in rice was amazing. With such high-quality meat and an atmospheric interior, it might not be that expensive for Roppongi. I'll definitely go back again.

I made a lunch reservation specifically to try the famous Kuzu Cold Noodles. I thought the noodles would be soft because of the name 'Kuzu,' but they had a good bite and the texture was to my liking. The staff cuts the noodles with scissors before serving, making them easier to eat. If you want to eat the noodles whole, you might want to decline the cutting. It seems to be a popular restaurant, so reservations might be necessary. The meat was tender and delicious. It was a shame there was no dessert, but I was still satisfied.
