First visit. I tried the newly released salt kombu water dipping noodles. The noodles were chewy and delicious, but the dipping sauce was a bit too salty. The lights on the ceiling were too bright, making it difficult to take photos because of the shadows. The service was poor. Water didn't come out. I was made to wait at the checkout.
I finally came back to Take-tora after a long time. I was feeling hungry in the morning and came to Donki, but to my surprise, it was open! I had heard that they were open late at night, but I didn't know they opened at 7 am. Anyway, Take-tora has changed since my last visit. They now have touch-screen ordering. I ordered the new salt kelp ramen. It was delicious, but a bit salty. However, Take-tora is more of an izakaya ramen shop than just a ramen shop, so the salty flavors probably go well with the drinks they serve. One of my old colleagues used to love this place and would come here often. He's thin, but he always orders a large portion of tsukemen. One day, he ordered his usual large portion, and the amount of tsukemen that came out was so huge that the other customers, who were young girls, were shocked. I want to try that someday, but I haven't had the chance yet. It was 7 am, but there were a lot of young people there. Also, the staff here are always friendly, which is nice.
We went to this place after our company's New Year's party for a final meal! There were six of us, including colleagues. They have a variety of ramen and tsukemen (dipping noodles), and I ordered the tsukemen that my colleague recommended. The flavor was rich and very delicious, and I devoured it. I also ordered a separate egg-on-rice and a chashu (roasted pork) rice bowl, and my satisfaction level was quite high. There are so many different kinds of ramen and tsukemen that I haven't tried yet, so I hope to visit again soon. I go to Roppongi a few times a year, so I'll definitely stop by then.
A ramen shop with a powerful tiger theme and private rooms, creating a great atmosphere! I tried the yuzu seafood pork bone tsukemen this time. I'll definitely go back!
This Roppongi restaurant offers a wide variety of side dishes in addition to ramen and tsukemen. While you may have to wait in line depending on the time of day, they do have private rooms that can accommodate up to four people. If you're coming here for a third round of drinks, the portions might be too large, so you might want to order "less noodles" from the tablet on the table. They also offer collagen balls as a topping, so if you're interested, be sure to try them.
