I was looking for a place to celebrate a birthday with an illustrated plate, and this restaurant came up in my search. ★ They have a wide variety of risotto options, and the drinks look stylish and photogenic, so I made a reservation online. I received a confirmation call from the restaurant very quickly. The woman who answered the phone was very polite when confirming the details, and it was so enjoyable talking to her. I was so excited to go! I knew it was going to be a great place. ♪ Thank you so much to the staff member who helped me that day! The restaurant is located in the Center Street area, which I haven't visited in decades and didn't have the best impression of. I was a little hesitant to go, but it was fine. The only thing that surprised me was the crowd! It was packed because it was a weekend. 🤣 Maybe it has a different vibe at night, but it seems safe to go during the day. The restaurant is a little way into Center Street, and when the elevator doors open, you can see the interior and seating right away. So, be prepared for that if you're going. Lunch is served until 4 PM, and the lunch menu includes your choice of risotto (or pasta) + salad + drink for ¥1,400 and up. I wanted to order the risotto I had researched beforehand, but it wasn't on the lunch menu. And, lunch was ending in two minutes, so I asked if I could still order it, but it was too late. 😭 I had to settle for something from the lunch menu. I'll definitely try it next time. For dessert plates, you can choose whether or not to have music playing while it's being served. They might be serving other customers at the same time, so the staff will bring it out when the timing is right. ♪ If you finish your meal, tidy up your table so it's easier to take photos and videos later. The quality of the illustrations was amazing, and both the person being celebrated and the celebrant were surprised and delighted. It was heartbreaking to leave the drawing that the staff had worked so hard on, but I was full of happiness and food. Even though it was summer, the air conditioning was too strong and it was cold. I told them it was cold, but the temperature didn't change much. 💦 I wrapped a blanket around my shoulders to try and stay warm, but my risotto got cold quickly. 😩 The person next to me kept sneezing and looked cold, but the staff didn't seem to notice at all. The service was disappointing because of this. 😓

I went to this restaurant because I was craving risotto. I was excited because I thought there would be delicious places in Shibuya, so I ordered the shrimp and avocado tomato risotto. The rice was so hard, it felt like it was testing my jaw. The avocado was a token amount, and there was no tomato flavor at all. It was so bland, I just wanted salt. The kitchen staff were just laughing and talking amongst themselves, and the dish was so disappointing, it felt like they had never made it before. The floor staff placed the menu down so carelessly, making a loud noise, it felt like they were angry. The price and the taste didn't match at all, but the shrimp was good, so I'm giving it this rating.

I visited for the first time. The restaurant was right inside the door when I got off the elevator. It felt smaller than I expected from the photos. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious, but I was disappointed that the all-you-can-drink options were limited. The birthday plate was cute and added to the excitement. The celebratory wine was also good.
