I visited for lunch. It was a business meeting, so I had the steak sandwich with a salad and soup set. The Caesar salad, which is apparently a specialty, was plentiful and the borscht had large pieces of meat and was delicious. The steak sandwich used a thick, chewy steak that was also flavorful, but it quickly became soggy because there was no way to absorb the moisture from the ingredients. The atmosphere and upscale feel of the restaurant are great, but the service lacked attentiveness and consideration. The carbonated water was charged, but it was served without any explanation of the price. This should be a restaurant with great food and atmosphere for special occasions, and while there is no service charge for lunch, I hope they will improve their customer service to be more attentive.

I went there for a company lunch. I ordered the wagyu hamburger and mint tea. The food was delicious, but the portion was small. It would be fine for someone with a small appetite, but for someone who eats normally, it's definitely a small portion. The mint tea was delicious. The staff was very friendly.

I tried the beef hamburger. The salad and corn soup were also delicious. The staff member was foreign, but they spoke fluent Japanese.

The luxurious interior is perfect for a formal dinner. I went to the restaurant alone for lunch, drawn by the raw oysters. However, perhaps because I didn't specify the number of oysters, I ended up with just one in a beautiful bowl, making for a rather lonely photo. Raw oysters definitely need champagne, right? It's a weekend lunch privilege. The romaine salad is large enough to be shared by two people. The amount of fluffy cheese is incredible, and the bacon is crispy, so it's very delicious, so I recommend it. On the other hand, the amount of pasta was elegant. Despite the bumps, it was a very satisfying and luxurious lunch. Nihonbashi on weekends is a hidden gem. I enjoyed a luxurious lunch time alone, quietly. By the way, I forgot my smartphone at my seat, but you made sure to keep it there, thank you.
