The corn bavarois was sweet and delicious. I was surprised by the artistic appetizer. The shark fin soup was piping hot and delicious with winter melon. The other dishes, especially the vegetables, were particularly good, but honestly, the meat was just okay. The noodles at the end weren't very tasty. Overall, I found the food to be quite salty. The mango pudding was bouncy and satisfying as a final touch. I thought Cantonese cuisine was all about soy sauce, but I was wrong! 😆

I can't understand why anyone would give this place a low rating. The service and food were both perfect! The female staff members were especially great, they were all so attentive and kind. I had a wonderful time with them!

This was my second dinner visit. The first time, I had the ¥12,000 Maris Swallow, but it felt a bit lacking, so this time I went for the ¥16,000 Delight Swallow. It was a great decision! The food was beyond anything I'd consider Chinese cuisine. While the portions of each dish were not large, they were perfect for a woman.

Weekday lunch. It was a 9,000 yen course. First, the appetizers. Cold jellyfish, a variety of chicken breast and winter vegetables, sesame paste and scallion pepper sauce, served with aged black vinegar jelly. It was meticulously prepared. All I could say was, "This is delicious!" The three seasonal steamed dim sum were beautifully presented and tasted different from what I expected. The black meat siu mai tasted like liver? The original vegetarian steamed soup, made with several types of mushrooms and Cantonese dried vegetables, was called "fatt choy chon." I thought it would have a more medicinal taste, but it was a gentle, natural consommé-like flavor. They told me it was cooked for 8 hours with only salt. They also explained each of the dried vegetables. The shrimp with healthy mango mayonnaise sauce, the cuttlefish and colorful vegetables stir-fried with VXO sauce, were simply delicious. It's the kind of flavor you wouldn't find at just any Chinese restaurant. The braised beef brisket and beef tail in Cantonese style, served with seasonal vegetables, had tender meat. It was an elegant flavor. It was so light that I devoured it. The seafood and lettuce fried rice with amaranth had a wonderful aroma as soon as it arrived. It was a fried rice I'd never had before, with white fish, and I want to eat it again. The special mango pudding with placenta extract, served with bird's nest collagen jelly, was also rich and luxurious, unlike any mango pudding you'd find in a store. I will definitely come back here again!
