Nakahora牧場 Theater, Grand Opening!! Located on the B1 floor of the Shinjuku Takashimaya New Building, this is an eat-in spot that uses milk from a farm in Iwate Prefecture. I stopped by for a quick break since I had some time to spare. ✨ 【Order】 ■ Coffee Float (¥550) They had soft serve, yogurt, and other options, but I went with the float this time. The soft serve had a milky flavor but was light and not too sweet. You can really taste the gentle flavor of the milk. The coffee had a gentle bitterness that didn't overwhelm the soft serve. I love the crunchy texture you get when the ice cream melts a bit from the temperature difference when you eat a float. Does anyone else relate to this?! 😂 I was able to relax and enjoy my drink at the counter. Incidentally, the staff member who served me was a man, and his kind and gentle voice was very soothing. I'll definitely stop by again sometime. ✨ That concludes today's review!

This soft serve ice cream shop is located on the lower ground floor of the new building of the Takashimaya Shopping Center, directly connected to Nihonbashi Station. They use milk from Jersey cows raised at Nakahora Farm in Iwate Prefecture. It's open until 9 pm, so it's a great place to stop by on your way home. I was in Nihonbashi for dinner that night, so I stopped by beforehand. There's an eat-in space in addition to takeout. There are about five small counter seats. It's probably crowded during the day, but nobody wants to eat ice cream slowly at night, so it was empty. I ordered the simple milk soft serve. They also have chocolate and mixed flavors. There are also a lot of toppings, like pudding, French toast, parfaits, and more. The soft serve really tastes like milk! The sweetness is clean and the aftertaste is refreshing. It's not too sweet, it's just like milk! It's refreshing and delicious.

Nakahora Farm Stopped by for a sweet treat after visiting Maruzen. I wonder if it's tough running the place by yourself? I was a first-timer and didn't know what to do, so when I asked a question, I felt like I got a rude response. There's a small space to sit and eat, but it's close to where people are ordering. It's not a place to relax. The soft serve was rich and delicious, but I'm not sure if I'd come back. Maybe it's better to buy it and eat it outside.

I was tempted by the soft serve ice cream, but I was also thirsty, so I ordered the limited-time blueberry yogurt. The generous amount of blueberries and rich yogurt were absolutely delicious. I think soft serve ice cream would be great on a hot day.

The soft serve is quite sweet, so I recommend the unsweetened yogurt float. When I crave delicious soft serve, this place comes to mind. However, it's a bit too sweet for me, so I usually order the yogurt float. Delicious x delicious, so it's a sure thing. It's great for a quick refresh.
