【Nearest Station】 Omotesando Station, 2-minute walk 【Budget】 ¥1,000 - ¥2,000 【Overview】 A delicious Chinese restaurant you'll want to visit every day. The main branch is in Aoyama, and they have other locations in Azabu-dai, Karuizawa, and Akasaka. This is a truly skilled Chinese restaurant! If you're unsure what to order, go for their famous dan dan noodles. On weekends for lunch, the line starts forming around 11:30 am. 【Menu】 * Dan dan noodles * Vegetable-packed crispy noodles 【Notes】 This time, I visited for a date. We wanted to fill our stomachs before shopping in Omotesando, so we ended up visiting this Chinese restaurant. The entrance is down a back alley, so hidden that you might wonder if you're in the right place! When you go up the stairs, there are about three groups of people waiting. We arrived before 12:00 pm, but it's a famous restaurant for a reason. Looking back at the line when we left, it had more than doubled. If you're planning to visit after 12:00 pm, be careful! Here are some recommended menu items: * Dan dan noodles It's not the kind of spicy that makes your mouth numb, but rather a mild dan dan noodle. The depth of flavor in the soup is incredible, and it's a refined dan dan noodle! It's paired with curly noodles, which are incredibly delicious! The texture is so good, I'm curious why it's so tasty... * Vegetable-packed crispy noodles My date ordered this, and I got to try a bit... Wait, this is too good. Unlike the dan dan noodles, the noodles are stir-fried, giving them an incredible aroma. This is a tough choice if you're visiting for the first time, deciding which to order. Let's share! It was a delicious meal. ※Rating at the time of posting: 3.57

The dan dan noodles are delicious. They are always delicious. I had lunch with a friend. It was around 11:30 on a weekday and there was a line. I think the turnover is pretty fast. My friend was there for the first time and had the dan dan noodles. I wanted to try something other than the dan dan noodles because they all looked so good, but I ended up going with my usual. This time I had the special pork cutlet dan dan noodles. They bring the dan dan noodles and the pork cutlet on separate plates. ← I really appreciate that. It was delicious even just eating it plain. We also ordered the weekly special fried rice lunch and shared it. The dan dan noodles are always delicious, no matter how many times I eat them. The fried rice was also delicious with its fluffy rice. Both were quite filling, but they were so good that we finished everything. Thank you for the meal.

My favorite Chinese restaurant. I went there after a long time. What I ordered: - Pan-fried dumplings (¥1,170) - Water dumplings with grated ponzu sauce (¥780) - Stir-fried fresh tomatoes and eggs (¥1,480) - Sizzling mapo tofu in a clay pot (¥1,680) - Deep-fried chicken with a spicy and sour sauce (¥1,780) - Stir-fried pork with spring cabbage (¥1,780) - Five-flavor stir-fried noodles (¥1,580) - Homemade char siu fried rice (¥1,580) This is a stylish Chinese restaurant with a different kind of charm compared to typical Chinese restaurants in town. Everything I ordered was truly delicious and I was impressed. So, you should order everything that catches your eye. You'll definitely be satisfied. My absolute favorite is the deep-fried chicken with a spicy and sour sauce. You should definitely try it.

The entrance is a bit hard to find, but it's on the second floor of a mixed-use building. I visited for lunch, and as expected, there was a line during the lunch break on a holiday! I waited about 15 minutes. The interior is very clean and elegant✨ All the dishes looked delicious, and I had a hard time choosing, but I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles after reading that they were popular. The Dan Dan Noodles had a rich sesame soup that was smooth and flavorful! Then the spiciness kicked in, making it a delicious soup that I loved. I finished it all without a drop left 😋 The noodles were straight and chewy, providing a satisfying texture, and the generous toppings were also delicious. There were many other lunch options, so I'll definitely be back to try them!✨

I had been to the Akasaka branch of Kishu-Rin a few times, but this was my first visit to the Aoyama branch (Sunday, 1:30 pm). The restaurant is located on the second floor of a rather old building, and due to its popularity, there was a line even on the stairs. There were six people in front of me, but the line moved surprisingly quickly, and I was seated in about 10 minutes. The interior is simple with a white theme, giving off a refined atmosphere. Upon being seated, I was served Chinese tea, pickled vegetables, and a hot towel. Such thoughtful touches are always appreciated. While waiting, I was given a menu and asked for my order. Most people were ordering just the dan dan noodles, which might explain why the turnover was so fast. I, too, followed suit and ordered the dan dan noodles with pork chop (1,880 yen). The soup was lighter than it looked, but the spicy oil and the spices from the pork chop blended together, creating a flavor that intensified with each bite. The noodles were thin and straight, making them easy to slurp and satisfying. It was a long time since I last had Kishu-Rin's dan dan noodles, but they were still delicious. I go to Aoyama about once a month, so I'll definitely be back.
