I visited the cafe in the evening. The atmosphere was great! It would be perfect for a date. The service was polite and calm. It was a Saturday during Obon, so I'm not sure if it was easy to get in, but Tokyo Station's Yaesu Exit is usually quite crowded, so this might be a hidden gem. The cakes at the neighboring The CITY BAKERY looked tempting, but if you're looking for lemon cake, this is the place to be! I prefer this one because it has praline. I'm also curious about the other cakes and would like to try their lunch menu sometime.
Right in front of OAZO, where Kobeya used to be. The atmosphere and service are top-notch. Today, I enjoyed a strawberry matcha cream tea latte and lemon pie. A perfect tea time while reading my favorite book ✨
I visited for a cafe experience! I had passed by many times before, but when I went inside, it was even more stylish, chic, and calm than I expected. It was a very comfortable space to spend time in! It's also close to Tokyo Station, but a little bit away, so it's not too crowded, which is nice. The tables are not facing each other, but are naturally positioned in corners, making it perfect for a date!
I visited on a weekday evening ✨. The restaurant was full at 7 pm!! I'm glad I made a reservation. The dimly lit atmosphere is fantastic. The prices are a bit higher in the evening. Especially the appetizers, some were small but cost around ¥1,000, which felt a bit overpriced. The food was delicious, though... Also, the service from a girl who seemed like a part-timer wasn't very good. She seemed a bit sluggish when I called her. The service from someone who seemed like a staff member was the same person I met during my previous lunch visit, and they were very kind!! The main course was delicious, and I wanted to ask for more bread. I guess this place is better for lunch after all, haha.
I've noticed that the customer service has become even more attentive than before! The staff-recommended Shinshu salmon was delicious. I wish the spicy tomato curry had been served with white rice, though. I'll definitely be back! (^-^)/
